Yoga for stress, anxiety & burnout
Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from Monday 13 to Sunday 19 May 2019. To mark this I am teaching the following workshops throughout the weekend in London. These workshops typically sell out quickly so please book in advance if you think you or someone you know would benefit. In this workshop we explore what is happening in our bodies when we experience these these normal human responses and how we can draw upon, and adapt, our practice to support ourselves. You will learn tools and techniques from yoga, breath work, self-massage and other therapeutic movement modalities that can be used to calm the nervous system at times of stress, anxiety and burnout.

In Motion : PLAY
“In Motion” is a series of movement workshops which explore different concepts and questions in relation to human connection.
