My teaching is an expression of my own ever-evolving exploration of yoga, meditation, anatomy and somatic movement practices, as well as my background in martial arts. You can expect playful, creative and intelligently put together sequences incorporating meditation and breath work with asana. Emphasis is always on exploring movement and range of motion within our individual bodies, and on the internal experience rather than the external appearance or fixed notion of “achieving” some (un)obtainable outcome.

Private and Corporate Classes:
I offer private yoga classes for individuals and groups. These can be arranged in your home, workplace or a space in East London. Please get in touch to arrange
Yin Yoga: A slow-paced, cool practice where asanas or postures are held for between 3 and 10 minutes to target the thicker layers of connective tissues around the joints and the fascia that covers the body. Yin yoga can release physical tension, calm the mind and regulate energy in the body.
Vinyasa Flow: Classes focus on uniting movement to breath as we move the body through a creative flow. Fun, challenging and nurturing, these sequences, re-energise, cultivate awareness and release energy blockages throughout the body
