Hannah has a natural teaching ability and guides easily into the postures, which is certainly helped by her extensive knowledge of yoga and anatomy. Her classes are varied, easy to follow, and well put together.

My teaching is an expression of my own  ever-evolving exploration of yoga, meditation, anatomy and somatic movement practices, as well as my background in martial arts.   You can expect playful, creative and intelligently put together sequences incorporating meditation and breath work with asana.  Emphasis is always on exploring movement and range of motion within our individual bodies, and on the internal experience rather than the external appearance or fixed notion of “achieving” some (un)obtainable outcome.

I loved my personal yin yoga session with Hannah yesterday. I am a runner with a busy lifestyle and work schedule so often find it hard to commit to a regular practice. She helped me with lots of modifications and suggestions to target the areas of tension in my body and to de-stress.
— Paul, North London

Yin Yoga:  A slow-paced, cool practice where asanas or postures are held for between 3 and 10 minutes to target the thicker layers of connective tissues around the joints and the fascia that covers the body.  Yin yoga can release physical tension, calm the mind and regulate energy in the body.

Vinyasa Flow: Classes focus on  uniting  movement to breath as we move the body through a creative flow.  Fun, challenging and nurturing, these sequences, re-energise, cultivate awareness and release energy blockages throughout the body
